Important note:

  • Applicants may submit applications for more than one property. However, if the program is oversubscribed, priority will be given to one application per owner and to owners who submitted a single application.

Checklist: Prepare Before You Apply

Before you start your application, please prepare the following: 

  • Read the Guidelines in full to ensure you understand eligibility and requirements.
  • Confirm your matching contribution: A dollar-for-dollar cash and/or in-kind contribution is required.
  • Prepare a detailed budget, including all expenditure items and your matching contribution.
  • Obtain quotes for eligible expenses to cover the value of your grant request and matching cash contribution.
  • Provide your ABN (Australian Business Number).
  • Ensure all previous acquittal reports are completed. If you have an outstanding acquittal, contact the Grants Officer before proceeding.
  • Public Liability Insurance: Supply a current Certificate of Currency for project activities.
  • Landowner consent if you do not own the property.
  • Evidence of permit enquiries for proposed works (if applicable).
