Refer to the program Guidelines for information on the funding streams, eligibility, what funding is available for and requirements for the application.

NOTE:   One application per organisation may be submitted to the Grants Program.  Select the most relevant funding stream to apply to.  

Incomplete applications and/or late applications will not be considered.

Smartygrants provides an easy way for grant seekers to complete their application form online. The HELP GUIDE FOR APPLICANTS will explain the essential steps you need to take to complete and submit a form.  You can also download it in PDF.  The Applicant FAQ page may also assist. 

You may require the following before starting your application.

• Read the Guidelines to check the eligibility of the organisation and the project activity.
• Prepare the budget - list all Expenditure items and sources of Income.
• A dollar-for-dollar matching cash contribution.  
• Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency for the project activities.
• Quotation/s are required for the project expenses and matching contribution 
• Landowner / land manager consent if you do not own or manage the land, infrastructure or asset.
• Demonstrate enquiries have been made to determine if any permits are required for the works.
• ABN 
• Any previous Acquittal Reports are completed. If there is an outstanding Acquittal, please contact the Grants Officer before proceeding with the application.
